2. Week 4 @ Buccaneers - Sep. 29, 1:00 PM

This is the re-match of the playoff loss the Eagles suffered at the hands of Tampa Bay last season. Eagles fans desperately want to forget everything about the 2023 campaign but the best way to do that is to go down to Florida and make a statement in Week 4.

This game is especially important because it's right before the bye week. The Eagles play the Falcons at home and the Saints on the road in the weeks leading up to this. So, they have a decent chance to be 3-0 heading into Week 4. Take care of the Bucs and you will have all the momentum in the world during your bye week.

A loss at Tampa Bay would be disastrous and bring forth plenty of questions about the toughness and effort level of this group.

The Bucs had a solid offseason, managing to re-sign Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans, and Antoine Winfield Jr. They are bringing most of the core that defeated the Eagles back so that should hopefully provide extra motivation for Philadelphia.

3. Week 12 @ Rams - Nov. 24, 8:20 PM

Another NFC opponent and another opportunity for the Eagles to show that they are better than them, even on the road.

This will be a tough challenge for the Philadelphia defense that struggled immensely in the second half of last season. Going up against the dynamic firepower of the Rams' offense will be an important test for the Eagles.

The Eagles revamped their secondary this offseason, adding Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean in the draft and bringing back C.J. Gardner-Johnson. Going up against Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp will be one of the toughest challenges for this group next season.

If they can come out with the win against the Rams, Philly fans can start feeling good about their postseason prospects. If they can't slow down Matthew Stafford and the Rams offense, it will be a sign that the team's downfall will be their pass defense once again.

Plus, it's Sunday Night Football so more eyes will be on this game, so the impact of a poor result will be amplified with only a month left in the regular season.

On FanDuel Sportsbook, the Eagles are currently the third-biggest favorites to win the NFC at +650. Winning all three of these games will go a long way in achieving that goal.
