1. D'Andre Swift, RB

Much like the other Eagles who are struggling right now, the options are limited here when it comes to running back D’Andre Swift. But that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t consider making a change to how they use their backs.

On the year, Swift has some impressive numbers. He enters Week 15 with 822 yards rushing and 208 through the air. He’s also scored five total touchdowns for the Eagles. Again, the numbers are fine but the issue is his consistency as well as a tendency to disappear in the first half.

Swift has put up some monster performances, namely in Weeks 2 and 3. He had 175 yards against Minnesota in Week 2 followed by 130 against Tampa Bay. He’s also had some duds including three yards in Week 1 as well as 18 in their loss to the Jets.

Over the past two weeks, he’s regressed once again as he put up just 13 yards on the ground against the 49ers and 39 against the Cowboys. He’s also been unable to top 100 yards rushing since their Week 3 outing.

Again, the options are limited but Swift needs something that will push him to step up. Maybe coming off the bench would be the motivation he needs to get himself back on track and give Jalen Hurts someone to depend on.
