After starting off last season 10-1 and getting absolutely destroyed in the playoffs by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Philadelphia Eagles are poised for a bounce-back year in 2024.

But if they fall short of a Super Bowl, you can expect general manager Howie Roseman to be aggressive in pursuit of upgrades for his roster and almost nobody will be safe. The Eagles don't have a ton of major players slated for 2025 NFL free agency, but there are a number of players on this roster who could be entering their final year with the team in 2024.

Which Eagles players could be playing their last season in Philadelphia this year?

1. James Bradberry, Cornerback

Frankly, it's a little bit shocking that James Bradberry is still on the Philadelphia Eagles' roster right now after the season he had in 2023.

The Eagles had a rough year defensively overall, but Bradberry was arguably the roughest of all of it. He allowed 60 catches in his coverage for over 700 yards and 11 touchdowns according to Pro Football Reference. How do you come back from that?

I guess maybe the Eagles are thinking there's nowhere to go but up, and they are clearly banking on Vic Fangio's scheme benefitting every player in that defense, including Bradberry. But the Eagles hedged their bets by drafting both Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean in the top two rounds of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Bradberry is still under contract through the end of the 2025 season, but the Eagles could save nearly $5 million by making him a post-June 1 cut next year.
