2. Nick Sirianni, Head Coach

After the Eagles dropped their fourth game in the past five weeks, the fanbase’s confidence and patience with Sirianni is starting to wane. This team has gone from 10-1 Super Bowl contenders to a potential fifth seed in the NFC playoffs, that’s a direct reflection of the head coach.

That being said, do I think Sirianni will lose his job whenever the season comes to an end for the Eagles? No because he’s had success in his first three seasons, which includes multiple playoff berths and a Super Bowl appearance.

However, there’s a section of the Eagles’ fanbase that believes it’s time for the organization to move on from Sirianni and go with a different voice to spark this locker room.

Philadelphia hasn’t had a comfortable win in a long time as every game over the last five weeks has been a struggle. The good news for Sirianni is the Eagles can start to turn things around in the regular season finale against the Giants and hopefully propel themselves to a deep run in the playoffs.

Sirianni isn't paying much atteniton to any rumors around his long-term future in Philly, but Eagles fans know just how loud this fanbase can get when they're unhappy about something. A disappointing end to this season could certainly lead to Sirianni being on the hot seat with a poor start to the 2024 season.
