3 Dream Eagles Trade Targets This Offseason

If the Philadelphia Eagles could pull off these three dream trades, they would be the favorite in the NFC this coming season

1. Joey Bosa, EDGE, Los Angeles Chargers

Sticking with the same theme as we just had with Asante Samuel, Jr., Joey Bosa could find himself on the trade block. Jim Harbaugh has had a lot of success wherever he's gone and he's always been able to get the best out of everyone, especially on defense.

For that reason, he might be willing to listen to offers for Joey Bosa, who is an elite pass-rusher but hasn't been able to stay healthy, playing just 14 games over the past two seasons. Even so, when he's on the field, Bosa is dominant.

In 2023, he managed to play just nine games but had 6.5 sacks. He now has 67.0 sacks in his eight-year career and at 28 years of age (he will turn 29 before the season starts), Bosa still has plenty in the tank.

Even with that being the case, Harbaugh isn't going to be a fan of the $36.6 million cap hit he enters the 2024 season with. That's why he might be willing to see if he can get some draft capital while also shedding salary. For the Eagles, they could land a premier pass rusher, which they might need since Haason Reddick has been granted permission to seek a trade.

Philadelphia would need to re-work his contract to make his cap hit manageable and they would be taking a risk given his injury history. But if it works out, this could be a massive upgrade for them on defense.
