While the Philadelphia Eagles are looking for their 11th straight win to continue their chase for the top seed in the NFC, their division rivals can't stand the success they are seeing on the field.

The Dallas Cowboys, who were the co-favorites to win the NFC East before the season, are 6-8 and need a miracle to make the postseason. Yet, the Cowboys have the wrong priorities as we enter the last three weeks of the season.

On Thursday, Cowboys star defender Micah Parsons admitted that they care more about the Eagles failing than Dallas succeeding. The Cowboys need the Eagles to win against the Commanders to keep their playoff hopes alive. Instead of rooting for Philadelphia, however, Parsons said he would rather see the Eagles lose, per The Athletic's Jon Machota.

Micah Parsons Makes Embarrassing Confession About the Eagles

The Cowboys can still make the playoffs if they win out and the Commanders lose all their remaining games. Therefore, it's only natural for some players and the fans to want the Eagles to win on Sunday. Yet, Parsons is not one of them.

Heading into Week 16, Cowboys can be eliminated from the playoffs if they lose on Sunday night to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or Washington beats the Eagles on Sunday afternoon.

The Eagles face the Cowboys in Week 17 and it's clear Parsons will be extra motivated to spoil Philadelphia's chances at a first-round bye. That motivation didn't help him or the Cowboys in their earlier matchup this season when the Eagles dominated them on the road in a 34-6 victory.

Philadelphia is currently a 3.5-point favorite against the Commanders per FanDuel Sportsbook. Winning their 11th straight game will feel especially good knowing it drives Micah Parsons crazy.
