Former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Zach Pascal is returning to the NFC East for the 2025 season. On Saturday, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported that Pascal signed with the New York Giants.

The 30-year-old wide receiver spent the last two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, who are coached by former Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon. Over his two years with the Cardinals, Pascal had four receptions (15 targets) for 19 yards.

Pascal signed a two-year, $4.5 million deal following the Eagles' Super Bowl run in 2022.

The veteran wide receiver predominantly played special teams in Arizona, which is also what he did with the Eagles. In 2022, Pascal was the Eagles’ No. 4 receiver behind A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith, and Quez Watkins.

Pascal had 15 receptions (19 targets) for 150 yards and a touchdown. The veteran receiver did not make much of an impact during the Eagles’ Super Bowl run during that season, producing three receptions (four targets) for 15 yards.

That said, the former Eagle will look to bring a veteran presence to the Giants’ offense, which is in flux. The Giants are coming off a disastrous 2024 season, which helped them net the No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

However, unlike the Eagles, there are a lot of questions surrounding the Giants and what direction they want to head into this upcoming season. Pascal isn’t the only former Eagles receiver playing for a different NFC East.

During the first week of free agency, veteran receiver Parris Campbell, who spent the 2023 season with the New York Giants and 2024 with the Philadelphia Eagles, signed a one-year deal with the Dallas Cowboys.

We'll see if Pascal will ultimately make the Giants' 53-man roster after free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft wraps up.
