Following their Super Bowl win, the Philadelphia Eagles are now the team to beat in the NFL. With the team's core still young and in their prime, the Eagles are poised to be a force to be reckoned with in the NFC going forward.

And the rest of the league is taking notice. The Eagles' dominant postseason run has caught the eye of their rivals. In fact, Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys has already started desperately recruiting talent to keep up with the Eagles.

Responding to a social media post announcing the Eagles as the new dynasty, Parsons tagged Myles Garrett and said, "let's stop Thanos and friends," along with an Iron Man meme from the Avengers.

Garrett has recently requested a trade from the Cleveland Browns and is expected to be the best player to change teams this offseason. The star defender has plenty of suitors around the NFL, and there will inevitably be a bidding war despite the complicated nature of a potential trade due to financial reasons.

Garrett is an Arlington, Texas native and the Cowboys would surely be interested in bringing him home. Jerry Jones would need to go all-in and break the bank for Garrett and over the last few years, he has shown no desire to do that for any player.

Whether acquiring Garrett would be enough to compete with the Eagles, however, is a different question. Despite Dak Prescott's claim that the Cowboys are essentially a similar level team to the Eagles, the games between the two sides weren't particularly close this season. Admittedly, the Cowboys were hit with the injury bug all season, but they lost the two games by a combined margin of 62 points.

The Eagles are the Thanos of the NFL now and teams will naturally load up on talent to keep up with them. The Cowboys can try, but they will likely not be the team that instills the most fear into Eagles fans' hearts when next season comes around.
