Despite winning the Super Bowl, the Philadelphia Eagles haven't stood pat. They've seen a flurry of contributors leave town this offseason via free agency and trades.

GM Howie Roseman has made some low-cost moves this offseason without breaking the bank. Trade rumors around tight-end Dallas Goedert have emerged. According to Jordan Schultz, Philadelphia has been open to trade talks around Goedert.

With that in mind, the Eagles have made two additions to the tight end room. And it could be them signaling the end of Goedert's time in Philadelphia.

According to Ian Rapoport, the Eagles signed TE Harrison Bryant to a one-year, $2 million deal on March 13. They didn't stop there. On Monday, they added TE Kylen Granson on a one-year contract per Jeff McLane.

Eagles Signed Two TE’s Amid Dallas Goedert Trade Rumors

With Goedert heading into this final year of his deal, Philadelphia could look to see if it can get something in return for him. Over seven seasons with the Eagles, Goedert has notched 349 catches for 4,085 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns. The biggest problem for Goedert is he can't stay healthy. He has yet to play in a full season since his rookie year in 2018.

While Bryant and Granson aren't as good as Goedert, they are serviceable starters/backups. Bryant spent time with the Cleveland Browns and Las Vegas Raiders over five seasons. In 78 career games (33 starts), he has tallied 98 catches for 877 receiving yards, and 10 touchdowns.

As for Granson, he spent the first four seasons of his career with the Indianapolis Colts. Over 62 games (17 starts), the 26-year-old had 86 grabs for 958 yards and one score.

The Eagles could be looking at these two guys as veterans they can lean on in case Goedert is moved. This draft class is also deep at TE, so they could be eyeing another pass-catcher next month.

Regardless, it's clear that Philadelphia is preparing for the eventual departure of Goedert this offseason. Adding two players to the position isn't a coincidence. It looks like planning ahead.
