The Philadelphia Eagles are undefeated and yet find themselves in the middle of consistent offensive drama. Whether it is questioning Jalen Hurts' ability as a passer or how the offense is being called, there simply hasn't been any shortage of drama. Unsurprisingly, pass catcher A.J. Brown has thrust himself right into the middle of this. While previous iterations have caught the Eagles star reading a book on the sideline, this time he opted to take to social media.

Brown posted a quote about if you're not welcomed withdrawing yourself quietly without making a scene. The irony here doesn't need explaining with the pass catcher opting to make a scene after his quiet Week 4 performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It led to head coach Nick Sirianni being questioned about the post during his Monday press conference. The Athletic's Zach Berman reported what was an eye-catching comment from the Philly head coach.

"Yeah, yeah (he wants to be here)," Sirianni said via The Athletic's Zach Berman. "Obviously, A.J. is very important to this football team. I know he wants to contribute...and do the things that he's capable of doing. ...Again, he wants to contribute into these wins. And he's had a couple games where he hasn't been able to do for different reasons... I question nothing about his desire to play great football, desire of being a good teammate, desire to be here."

It doesn't come as a surprise that the coach was questioned about Brown after such an ominus post. While Sirianni calming the waters is the predictable route, it is still noteworthy and demands a level of attention over the next weeks of the season.

Eagles Star Receiver A.J. Brown Continues to Create Unneeded Drama Despite 4-0 Start

The fact that your head coach is being asked about this while being undefeated and sitting in a great position in the NFC standings confirms that Brown has made this a problem. Instead of keeping his frustration with the lack of touches in-house, talking to Jalen Hurts and the coaching staff, Brown had to pitch a childish fit.

Easily you can argue the receiver could've gone to Jalen Hurts or coaches and asked for a bigger role. Even if this had already been done, try again, understanding you're undefeated and still have a long road ahead.

Instead, Brown has decided to make his frustration everyone's problem and make waves in a season that should be defined by the fact that the Eagles are among the final undefeated teams four weeks into the year. Pointing to the fact that it isn't just about winning for Brown, but personal accomplishments, and getting his hands consistently on the football. Raising concerns for Philly fans and demanding a close eye as we move deeper into the season.
