The Philadelphia Eagles had to grit and grind on Sunday, but the team ultimately came away with a 20-16 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 6.

While this was a great way to start the team's second half of the year following their bye, Philadelphia unfortunately faced several injuries to key players in their first game back in action.

One player who went down against Cleveland was stud offensive tackle Jordan Mailata. The starter appeared to injure his leg in the fourth quarter, and he even required a cart to get back to the locker room, which raised some major concerns.

Unfortunately, the latest update on the Australian is far from good news.

Mailata was spotted with crutches and a sleeve on his left leg following Philadelphia's win over the Browns. Moving clearly looked difficult for the mammoth OT, who asks a lot of his body 6-foot-8, 365-pound body to play at a high level every Sunday.

This news absolutely prompts immediate worries about Mailata's health. He doesn't look like a player who's tending to something on the minor side.

The fact the team believes it's a hamstring injury also adds to the difficulty of the situation, given that's a very problematic area for athletes to not feel 100% about.

Teammate and star wide receiver A.J. Brown just missed the previous three contests after hurting his hamstring, and he benefited from Philly having an early bye as well. So that's a four week-absence Mailata may be looking at if his turns out to be similar -- and recovery may be even tougher as a much larger, less athletic player.

With Philadelphia's offense not clicking on all cylinders either, the team will feel the absence of its starting left tackle should he miss time.
