The Philadelphia Eagles are back in the Super Bowl for the second time in the last three years after an impressive regular season and run in the playoffs. The Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, their opponent in Super Bowl 57.

The Eagles lost Super Bowl 57 in a high-scoring affair, 38-35. Veteran wide receiver A.J. Brown had six receptions (eight targets) for 96 yards and a touchdown. Philly fans would love to see Brown score another touchdown on Sunday after his performance in the NFC title game against the Washington Commanders.

Coincidentally, the veteran wideout had six receptions (eight targets) for 96 yards and a TD in the title game.

On Wednesday, Brown spoke with the media and mentioned how he’s been dealing with an injury in the playoffs.

Eagles Star WR A.J. Brown Was Dealing With Knee Injury

According to John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia, Brown was hurt and dealing with a knee injury in the Eagles’ first two playoff games. However, the veteran receiver said he felt healthy the week of the title game and is healthy for the Super Bowl.

If you are an Eagles fan, you’re excited to hear Brown is healthy because he started the playoffs slowly. In the first two games against the Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams, Brown had three receptions (10 targets) for 24 yards.

The slow start concerned Eagles fans even though Philadelphia did a great job running the ball with star running back Saquon Barkley.

However, he erupted for a big game against the Commanders and looked like the star WR we saw throughout this season. That said, for the Eagles to come away with a win, they’ll need the veteran receiver to come up with a couple of big plays.
