2. Todd Monken, OC, Ravens

Given the fact that the Philadelphia Eagles have one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the NFL, it makes a lot of sense that they might consider getting another head coach who has proven he can build a wildly successful offense around that skill set.

Todd Monken did an incredible job with the Georgia Bulldogs at the college level, so much so that the Baltimore Ravens hired him last year to come in and coach up Lamar Jackson, who was the MVP of the entire league last year in his first year under Monken.

And it looks like Jackson is putting together yet another potential MVP-caliber season under Monken again.

The possibility of giving Monken his next chance as an NFL head coach makes a lot of sense for Philadelphia.

He's done a tremendous job with the Ravens, involving all their talented personnel and helping unlock the best of what Jackson does well. Jackson was an MVP in 2019 but had seemingly "regressed" for a handful of seasons before Monken came in.

Jalen Hurts has been struggling since that Super Bowl loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He's been one of the most turnover-prone quarterbacks in the NFL and the Eagles have underachieved. Monken could come in and provide his offensive expertise while helping maximize the talent the Eagles have on that side of the ball.

You would have to think Philadelphia presents an intriguing enough opportunity to get him out of Baltimore, too.
