New 76ers Trade Target Emerges After Damian Lillard Goes to Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks and Portland Trail Blazers shook up the NBA landscape Wednesday afternoon, sending Damian Lillard to the Bucks in exchange for a package that included Jrue Holiday.
The Blazers clearly have no intention of keeping the 33-year-old Holiday in the long-term, and instead they’ll look to turn him around for additional draft picks/prospects.

The 76ers have emerged as a team interested in Jrue Holiday, and a reunion would be a terrific fit for both sides.
The Sixers are interested in trying to acquire Jrue Holiday, per a source familiar with their thinking.

Will obviously be a robust market for him, but Philadelphia expected to see what it'll take to re-route him.

Holiday is maybe the best defensive guard in the NBA. He’s been first team All-Defense in three of the past six seasons, and he’s a plus defender against the one through four, and one of the few guards in the NBA who actually does hold his own against centers, too.
