5. Albert Okwuegbunam

Albert Okwuegbunam finds himself in the same dreaded position: buried on the depth chart.

Philadelphia is currently carrying four tight ends on its 53-man roster: Dallas Goedert, Jack Stoll, Grant Calcaterra and Okwuegbunam. That’s one of the most stacked TE rooms in the entire league, especially with Goedert being a premier talent that receives the bulk of this position’s targets.

That leaves the likes of Stoll, Calcaterra and Okwuegbunam to fight over the scraps. Right now, Albert O is the forgotten child, being made inactive for both opening games.

There is some possible good news, though. Neither Stoll nor Calcaterra has even registered a catch yet this season, so it’s not like either has a major leg up on Okwuegbunam yet.

As this offense struggles out the gate, Sirianni could be looking at someone on his bench to provide a spark. Perhaps the freakishly athletic Okwuegbunam could help inject some life at some point.
