1. Jalen Reagor

The Philadelphia Eagles more or less have the top four wide receiver spots on their depth chart chiseled in stone.

Sure, someone could suffer a catastrophic injury that changes everything, and the exact order of the depth chart is somewhat up for debate, but it’s hard to imagine a world where DeVonta Smith, A.J. Brown, Zach Pascal, and Quez Watkins aren’t on the roster, let alone not playing the vast majority of the team’s meaningful minutes.

That leaves more than a few performers new and old, from Greg Ward and Jonathan Hightower to Britain Covey, Deon Cain, and certified Olympian Devon Allen, competing for at most two roster spots, with maybe just one if Howie Roseman opts to load up on talent at another position.

But no one, no one at all, has more to lose than Jalen Reagor, as he may find himself released before the guaranteed money on his rookie contract expires.

Once considered an offensive X-Factor who could impact a game a la Brandin Cooks, Reagor’s on-field issues are very well established, as are the team’s attempts to trade him for value to give everyone a chance at greener grass.

But now? Now, Reagor has a very real chance of being released outright, or being traded to a team like the Jacksonville Jaguars for a late Day 3 pick where he won’t have any sort of investment that gives him undue opportunities to see the field or even stay on the roster.
