#9. Gareon Conley, CB

The first cornerback to crack our list (spoiler alert, there’s going to be a lot of corners), Gareon Conley is the 37th best available free agent at the moment, according to NFLTR.

Set to turn 26 years old in just under two weeks, Conley is one of the youngest players on this list, which makes him a very intriguing target for the Philadelphia Eagles. Howie Roseman and Co. are obviously trying to build a younger roster as they navigate through this rebuild, and cornerback is already a position that the team doesn’t have a whole lot of depth at.

After showing flashes of potential in 2018 with the Las Vegas Raiders and then in 2019 with the Houston Texans, Conley saw his 2020 campaign marred with injury. He didn’t play a single snap for Houston this past season, ending the year on injured reserved. Conely’s lack of game-time last year and his overall shaky health status is the main reason he’s yet to find a suitor this offseason.

However, standing in at 6-0 and 190lbs, Conley has the frame and the NFL experience to play on the outside alongside Darius Slay, which is still a position on the depth chart that the Eagles appear to be uncertain at.
