Offensive Line Depth

A far less exciting position group to follow compared to some of the others, the Philadelphia Eagles are still going to have to make some decisions when it comes to their offensive line depth.

As currently constructed, here’s how things stand when it comes to non-starters on the Eagles O-Line:

  • Andre Dillard (assuming Mailata is currently pinned as the starting LT)
  • Landon Dickerson
  • Jack Driscoll
  • Nate Herbig
  • Matt Pryor
  • Le’Raven Clark
  • Brett Toth
  • Casey Tucker
  • Sua Opeta
  • Luke Juriga
  • Harry Crider
  • Ross Pierschbacher
  • Kayode Awosika

That’s a lot of names!

Barring any sort of extra roster moves, one can only assume that the first four listed names are going to make the Eagles’ final 53-man roster. However, Roseman was hard at work bringing in O-Line depth this offseason, which typically results in a high level of competition.

Veterans Le’Raven Clark and Casey Tucker were both signed to deals earlier this spring, and the likes of Matt Pryor, Luke Juriga, and Sua Opeta have all been valued by Roseman in the past. A good number of these players should be able to make it the practice squad, but it’ll be interesting to see how the Eagles prioritize their O-Line depth nevertheless.

The Eagles’ current starting O-Line has a history of struggling with injury, so their backups will all likely see playing time this season as well.
