The Phillies, a team that just barely missed the playoffs last year despite having a top five offense, need a spark. They just need that extra push that can get them where they want to go. Yes, that push will need to come from the bullpen, there is no doubt about that. However, the potential that is bursting out the seams of these players is undeniable and impossible not to theorize on, especially this incredible talent in the making.

I believe Bohm can be an elite third baseman in this game. I see him as a future All-Star who just needs one full season in the bigs to fully figure out his game, and the Spring Training he is having makes me think it could be even sooner. He has the attitude, competitiveness, and overall ability to transform his game to an elite level.

Joe Girardi has been quick to say how impressed he’s been with Bohm, and how the little changes he’s made to his swing have already made him a better hitter. He could easily turn into a player that could bat .300 every year, and the power is just beginning to take form.

At 24 years old, that’s exciting to say the least.
