Arizona Cardinals: Dan Arnold, TE

Another position that the Philadelphia Eagles always seem to be adding on.

Aside from quarterback, the tight end position is one of the most interesting things to watch this offseason. Zach Ertz is likely to be dealt, Dallas Goedert could see an extension, and Richard Rodgers could or could not see another contract from the team.

With all of that, the Eagles will need to add another player to this group. From the Arizona Cardinals, that player should be the Dan Arnold.

Physically speaking, Arnold is a monster. At 6-foot-6, 220 pounds, Arnold is a big target for quarterbacks to throw to. He’s only three years into the league too, so he’s got a lot of football left in him and to show how good he can be.

His past season was his best season, going for 31 catches, 438 yards, and four touchdowns. His 2020 stats alone are better than his entire career up to that point, so his career trajectory is definitely pointing up.

He won’t be a true TE1, but he can be a solid TE2 moving forward for an offense. The Eagles will need to upgrade at tight end and get a solid backup in the case Goedert were to go down. At a low price, Arnold is worth bringing in.
