Kansas City Chiefs: Demarcus Robinson, WR

The Kansas City Chiefs are on their way to a dynasty, with Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid leading the way for them. Mahomes and his top pass catchers in Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill are already locked up for the long haul, but some of his other weapons could see themselves on their way out.

Sammy Watkins is also a free agent, and the word is they want to bring him back in 2021. With not enough money to go around, wide receiver Demarcus Robinson could see himself out of Kansas City. If he is looking for a new home in 2021, the Eagles should look to make that home Philadelphia.

Robinson was never a big volume receiver or known to go off for the games Hill or Watkins have, but he’s a steady receiver who knows what he’s capable of doing in the offense. Kind of like former Chief Chris Conley, he knew his role and contributed when needed. He’s coming off of a 2020 season with a career-high 466 receiving yards and three touchdowns in another loaded Chiefs offense.

Robinson almost didn’t see another contract in Kansas City after 2020 but was able to re-sign on a low-value deal for one-year. It might be the same route this year, and Kansas City may decide to move on. If they do, the Philadelphia Eagles should keep an eye out for Robinson.
