Philadelphia Eagles 7-round mock draft: Lockdown CB in the first-round
By David Esser
The Philadelphia Eagles select…
An underrated need for the Philadelphia Eagles this past season – the running back position. The team messed around with the likes of Jordan Howard and Corey Clement, but they ultimately need to bring in a solid RB2 to compliment Miles Sanders in the ground game.
White would’ve likely been a top 60 type prospect if it wasn’t for back-to-back ACL tears. This dip in value could end up benefitting the Eagles in all honesty.
Standing at 5-11, 215lbs White is very much your traditional north/south running back. He runs hard and is solid in pass protection, nothing too crazy, but a solid option to have behind Sanders.
With Zach Ertz all but gone at this point in time, the Philadelphia Eagles are going to have to address the TE2 position behind Dallas Goedert. As well as Richard Rodgers has played this season, it’s hard to imagine him being a serviceable starter moving forward.
At 6-5, 230lbs Kenny Yeboah is pretty much just a big wide receiver. He’s a very above average pass-catcher for the tight end position, but struggles in terms of blocking. This might actually work out favorably for the Eagles considering Godert’s elite blocking ability, and their desire to run 12 personnel in the passing game.
Yeboah is also a former Temple transfer! Philly connection!!!
