Philadelphia Eagles v. Cardinals: 3 bold predictions for Sunday’s matchup
By David Esser

Jalen Hurts comes back down to earth.
I think Jalen Hurts will have another productive game this weekend, but it won’t be as easy as the Saints game was. New Orleans clearly wasn’t prepared for Hurts’ speed, and it showed on the stat sheet. Hurts rushed for over 100 yards on 18 attempts – routinely evading rushers and extending plays.
Against the Cardinals, Hurts’ life likely won’t be as easy. Arizona will have some actual game film on the rookie QB to study, and they have the defensive weapons to combat his speed. Guys like Budda Baker and Haason Reddick have been playing some seriously good football as of late (Reddick had five sacks last week!), and they should have no problem dealing with Hurts in the open field.
Additionally, the Philadelphia Eagles offensive line continues to take a beating in terms of its overall health. Standout rookie Jack Driscoll is done for the year, meaning that Matt Pryor will have to take over starting RT duties. To put it bluntly, Pryor just isn’t good.
I’m not saying Hurts will have a *bad* game, but I could see him struggling with this Cardinals’ defense. The Eagles newest starting QB walking away with 2-3 turnovers wouldn’t surprise me.
