Two major switches in the outfield.

Right Field: Bryce Harper

Again, no major explanation needed here. Bryce Harper is the team’s unquestioned superstar, and is coming off a very strong 2020 campaign. He finished the year leading the MLB in walks (49), and recorded a .962 OPS. He was an All-MLB finalist, and will likely be one again in 2021.

Center Field: Jackie Bradley Jr.

A new face! Nothing is certain as of yet, but it has been reported that the Philadelphia Phillies have at least made contact with Jackie Bradley Jr. He’s a former All-Star and Gold Glove winner, and would sure up the team’s CF position for at least 1-2 seasons. Dave Dombrowski has a history of bringing in former players, and the addition of JBJ just makes sense.

Similar to how the team signed Gregorius to appease Joe Girardi – JBJ could help boost the club during Dombrowski’s first season.

Left Field: Adam Haseley

Another switch up, but I’d rather see Adam Haseley out in left field as opposed to Andrew McCutchen. Despite Cutch’s lofty salary, his play has been steadily declining since his knee injury. He had a -1.0 defensive WAR last year, and Haseley is obviously a former top-10 pick. Giving him the starting reps moving forward makes more sense on paper.

Final Projected Batting Order

  1. Bradley Jr.
  2. Hoskins
  3. Harper
  4. Bohm
  5. Realmuto
  6. Haseley
  7. Kingery
  8. Stott
  9. (Pitcher)

Next. Philadelphia Phillies: A trade for Blake Snell makes a lot of sense. dark

Again, obviously the likes of Realmuto and Bradley Jr. aren’t on the Philadelphia Phillies roster. However, if I had it my way, they’d both be snatched up on deals for the future. Combine that lineup with the team’s ascending starting rotation – and that’s a team that I think could crack the playoffs as a Wild Card.
