Jaycee Horn, CB

I cannot understate how bad of an idea it is to continue playing Maddox at outside corner, so yes, we have a third cornerback to round out this list.

A 6-1, 205 lbs defensive back out of South Carolina, Jaycee Horn once again ticks off all the major boxes that the Philadelphia Eagles are going to be seeking when it comes to their CB2 position. He’s big, physical, extremely aggressive, and plays in the oft-praised SEC. He’s also the son of multi-time Pro Bowl receiver Joe Horn, which as mentioned previously, is something the Eagles organization has repeatedly put stock into.

Depending on who you ask, Horn is regularly viewed as the third best cornerback prospect, with Surtain II and Farley being the top two available options. Even with that in mind, bringing in Horn as Slay’s running mate would immediately improve the Philadelphia Eagles secondary, in both the short term and the long term.

Next. Philadelphia Eagles: It’s time for K’Von Wallace to get an honest chance. dark

The NFL Draft is still months away, and for all we know the Eagles could go on a magical run here and end out the season as division champions. They could also very easily lose out and finish in the top three of the draft order, solidifying their choice of one of these ten mentioned players. Both scenarios are very clearly on the table, I’ll leave it up to you decide which finish you’d rather see the Eagles end up with.
