The Philadelphia Eagles were defeated in dominant fashion by the Los Angeles Rams during their Week 2 bout at Lincoln Financial Field; let’s dive into some of the major “Dreams” & “Nightmares” from Week 2.

Following another Philadelphia Eagles‘ loss this past Sunday at the hands of the Los Angeles Rams, I’m here to give you yet another edition of my “Dreams & Nightmares” column!

The Eagles were dominated on Sunday by the Rams in a 37-19 loss that took place at Lincoln Financial Field. Carson Wentz continued to struggle as well as the coaching staff continuing to be out-coached by opposing coaches.

The Rams offense made it look relatively easy on Sunday, posting 37 points, 449 total yards, and close to 200 rushing yards. Jared Goff had one of his best games in his career statistically, posting 267 passing yards, three passing touchdowns, on a 74 completion percentage, all while bolstering a 95.9 QB rating. This was Ram’s Head Coach Sean McVay’s first career win against a Doug Pederson coached Eagles team – making him 1-2 against Pederson in his career.
