5. Indiana Pacers at Philadelphia 76ers. Saturday, November 30th at 7 PM.

The final day of November squeezes in one last formidable matchup, as the Indiana Pacers travel east to the Wells Fargo Center.

It’s all but certain Indiana will be without its star guard Victor Oladipo, after he suffered a knee injury last season. On October 18th, Pacers.com posted an interview with Head Coach Nate McMillan, who provided no concrete return date for Oladipo.

Indiana survived Oladipo’s injury last season and finished fifth in the Eastern conference, so the scrappy Pacers are no strangers to the next-man-up mentality.

After an 0-3 start to the 2019-20 campaign, Indiana has won four of its last five games. Seemingly on the right track, the Pacers still field a talented squad minus Oladipo.

Shooting guard Malcolm Brogdon is a new face in the Indiana locker room. Brogdon’s team-leading 22.3 points per game sets the stage for an intriguing potential matchup against Sixers defensive stud Josh Richardson.

Down low, Center Myles Turner is averaging 14.8 points and 6.8 rebounds a game on nearly 50 percent shooting this season. Turner is day-to-day with a sprained ankle.

Also, in the paint, look for the 6-foot-11 Domantas Sabonis to pose a threat to Philly’s formidable giants. Sabonis is shooting an excellent 54.4 percent from the field this season.

This game is slated to be the return of former Sixers guard T.J. McConnell to Philadelphia. While McConnell only sees about 15 minutes of game action a night, the gritty and relentless guard’s visit to Philadelphia sets up to be an emotional one.
