2. Brandin Cooks

Before Brandin Cooks even played a single game for the Los Angeles Rams last season, the team was willing to reward the speedy wideout with a hefty extension to make sure he would stick around for the long run.

When healthy, Cooks has proven on numerous occasions to be one of the most difficult receivers to defend in the NFL, and his presence certainly benefits his teammates in a big way with some of the extra attention he draws from defenders.

Unfortunately, Cooks was forced to leave in Week 8 against the Cincinnati Bengals due to a concussion, resulting in Josh Reynolds stepping up on offense to help the Rams earn the 24-10 victory in London.

Normally, this wouldn’t seem like that big of a concern for Los Angeles, but when taking into consideration that Cooks was in concussion protocol earlier in the month as well during a contest against the Seattle Seahawks, the Rams may regret that previous extension.

Since Reynolds has proven he can handle the extra responsibilities when needed, Los Angeles appears to be in a position where they could afford to move on from Cooks if the right offer appeared.

If the Eagles were looking for speedy deep threat to replace another speedster in Jackson, Cooks could be their answer.
