3. Brock Osweiler

Remember a few years ago when Brock Osweiler was considered a quarterback on the rise, only to turn out to be a complete bust?

To this day, it’s safe to say the Houston Texans still regret paying Osweiler all that money since he seemed to be the answer they spent years searching for at quarterback.

With all his failed stints, some Eagles fans will question why the organization would even consider a move like this, but also keep in mind that Pederson does have a strong history of quarterback development throughout his coaching career.

For all Philadelphia knows, Osweiler just needs a fresh start in the right system to return to the level from 2015 in which he actually looked like a quarterback with potential as a member of the Denver Broncos.

Between Osweiler’s big arm along with the opportunity to work with Pederson, why wouldn’t the Eagles consider a move like this, especially if it were to come at a cheap price?

As mentioned before, the fact that Sudfeld’s injury isn’t season-ending means the team hopes to have him back at some point, which means getting by with someone like Osweiler in the mean time wouldn’t be the worse thing in the world.
