Here are five key questions to consider for the Philadelphia Eagles heading into training camp for the 2019 season.

After months of being patient, training camp will finally get underway this week for the Philadelphia Eagles, and if the previous two years are any indication of what to expect in 2019, Doug Pederson‘s team should be in great shape.

Despite coming up short of repeating as Super Bowl champions last winter, it was great to watch the Eagles make the playoff run they did since there was a time in December when all hope seemed lost.

Clearly, there were times in which it looked like the Super Bowl hangover officially caught up to Philadelphia, but also it was still impressive to watch them overcome key injuries in certain areas to still earn a trip to the Divisional Round before falling to the New Orleans Saints.

As for what to expect during the 2019 season, well between bringing DeSean Jackson back for a second stint with the team along with improving the ground game by landing two new running backs in Jordan Howard and Miles Sanders, there are plenty of reasons for excitement.

Of course, just like every other team across the NFL, Philadelphia has a few questions in need of answering heading into camp that can hopefully be addressed early on to make fans feel a little more confident over their chances of earning a trip to Miami for the Super Bowl.

Before football fans know it, the real action in September will be getting underway, but until then, are some questions worth considering surrounding the Eagles, as they prepare for yet another training camp for the upcoming 2019 season.
