2. Steven Adams

From a consistency standpoint, the Oklahoma City Thunder would love nothing more than to see Steven Adams look like a serious threat each game, but unfortunately that seems far from the case.

While there are games in which Adams looks unstoppable, and records a double-double with ease, there are also plenty of other times in which the big man fails to show up at all.

The good news in regards to Philadelphia is if there were any sort of interest in acquiring Adams from Oklahoma City, they already have their starter in Joel Embiid.

Bringing on a player like Adams may not seem like the best idea for a team like the Sixers since the whole point of the Thunder exploring trade options is to cut back on salary cap space, but the thought of him teaming up with Embiid seems like it could work wonders for Philadelphia.

As previously mentioned, Adams has proven on numerous occasions to look like a double-double machine, and one can only imagine how difficult this decision would be for Oklahoma City to move on from the center after six seasons.

But if the Sixers were willing to make the right offer, and could take some of that money surrounding Adams off the Thunder’s hands, maybe this potential trade doesn’t sound so crazy after all.
