5 potential landing spots for Nelson Agholor if Eagles trade wideout
By Dan Parzych
4. Denver Broncos
First off, let the record show the Denver Broncos don’t exactly have as much of a need at receiver since they do have a handful of younger players on top of a key veteran in Emmanuel Sanders, although there are concerns after the veterans suffered an Achilles injury last year.
Still, with all of the pressure surrounding the Broncos to put an end to their three-year playoff drought with their offense always seeming to hold them back, this team should be willing to take any help possible for the 2019 season.
After realizing that bringing Case Keenum on board was a terrible decision, Denver hopes a short-term rental in Joe Flacco will be somewhat of an upgrade.
Only time will tell when it comes to seeing whether Denver’s current group of receivers will be enough to help Flacco, but it’s better to be safe than sorry for a team like the Broncos that already has their work cut out for them competing in the tough AFC West.
Agholor certainly won’t solve all of the problems for Denver on offense, but his presence could help in a big way while taking some of that unnecessary pressure off Flacco under center in the process.
