As the Philadelphia Eagles inch closer to the 2019 NFL Draft, let’s take a look at potential targets and what round they are projected to be selected in.

April is a month for sports; there’s the NHL, and NBA playoffs are going on, as well as the start of major league baseball. Even though there are no Philadelphia Eagles games to be played, the night dreams are made for young talented athletes will take place: the NFL Draft.

On the 25th the 2019 NFL Draft will start, the clocks will tick, and players, family, and friends will sit eagerly waiting for names to be called. NFL teams, coaches, execs, GM’s are all frantically trying to make the best moves for their franchise, to win now, or get the next generational talent to aid them for years. The pressure is on after months and possibly years of scouting for these teams to make the right pick.

First-round standout prospects that are expected to be immediate stars in the NFL to seventh-round “no-names”, each and every selection for a team on draft night is a key piece to their quest to hold up the Lombardi trophy.

For the Eagles going into their second year removed from their first Super Bowl championship, they are looking to fill in all the holes with the right players and solve all the right puzzles to get back to the grandest game of them all and bring back a championship to Philly.

With the draft just around the corner, only days away, now is a good time to dive into the Eagles roster and see what their game plan might be going into the draft, who’s names they might call out and around what round they will be selected.
