4 players Eagles could send to Steelers in potential Antonio Brown trade
By Dan Parzych
Here are four players the Philadelphia Eagles could consider trading to the Pittsburgh Steelers in a potential Antonio Brown trade.
At the moment, the Philadelphia Eagles are fortunate enough to have one of the league’s top receivers in Alshon Jeffery leading the way in the passing game, but this doesn’t mean the team shouldn’t make an attempt to land another star wideout in Antonio Brown.
A few months ago, the chances of the Eagles landing Brown would have seemed like a long shot since the Pittsburgh Steelers were a perfect fit for the speedster, but the circumstances are much different for both parties.
Ever since the end of the 2018 season, Brown has been somewhat of a headache for the Steelers with the unnecessary drama, and after the wideout’s surprise farewell to Pittsburgh fans on Twitter Tuesday afternoon, it seems like only a matter of time before he finds a new team.
Of course, that’s always easier said than done since the Steelers completely understand the value of Brown, and will most likely be asking for a ton in return if they do take the trade approach, whether it happens to be draft picks or players.
Most likely, Pittsburgh will be rewarded with some solid draft picks in exchange for Brown, but for the sake of having a little fun, let’s imagine a scenario in which Philadelphia does become a trade partner, and decides to send one of their key players as part of the deal.
This may sound like a long shot based off numerous factors, but if this long shot of a scenario were to become a reality for the Eagles, here are four players who would seem perfect for a trade package with the Steelers to help land Brown, even if it sounds crazy at the moment.
