4. New York Giants

Sooner or later, the New York Giants will need to decide whether it’s time to move on from Eli Manning since the argument can be made the two-time Super Bowl winner is holding the team back.

The good news for the next Giants quarterback after Manning will get to be part of an offense loaded with talent like Saquon Barkley and Odell Beckham Jr. to work with for years to come.

Some critics questioned the decision by New York last spring to pass on a quarterback in the first round since there were plenty of great options with potential a No. 2, but going with Barkley seemed like the best decision.

The fact that Barkley can be just as dangerous in the passing game as the running game shows just how much of an offensive threat he can be.

As for Foles, one can only imagine the reaction by the Philadelphia fan base if he were to end up on a team like the Giants with the history in the NFC East between these two teams, but also it’s been done before.

If the Eagles were willing to trade Donovan McNabb at one point to the Washington Redskins, why couldn’t the same be done with Foles and the Giants?
