Last week, we saw the Eagles play with the energy and swagger that they had in the playoffs last season. It appeared that the underdog mentality was back and it went a long way in the Eagles winning that game.

The Eagles need to come out on Sunday with that same energy and with the attitude that no one is going to beat them, especially in their stadium. This is the Eagles last chance to get into the postseason and have a shot at defending their Super Bowl championship.

Foles and the offense must start fast and put points on the board early. The defense has to play at the same level as they did last week and they must get to Watson early and often to throw off his game. If the Eagles can win at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, they win this game.

None of this will be easy, but it appears there is a new vibe surrounding this Eagles team and maybe they have another exciting run in store. Foles has to play at a high level again, because if he turns in a clunker, then the Eagles are all but finished.

The Eagles are at best when everyone is counting them out, and on Sunday they will bring that underdog mentality and find a way to keep their season alive. Eagles over the Texans in a close one and the Birds will head to Washington with a chance to clinch a playoff spot in Week 17.
