The Philadelphia Eagles get set to host the Houston Texans on Sunday. Here are three keys to an Eagles win plus a prediction.

The Philadelphia Eagles postseason hopes remain alive after going on the road and upsetting the Rams last Sunday. In order to have a shot at the playoffs, the Eagles must win out, and their next challenge comes on Sunday when they welcome the Houston Texans to town.

Last Sunday, the Eagles seemed dead in the water in terms of making the playoffs, and then Nick Foles happened… again. Foles had a modest game but was able to spark some energy into the Eagles offense and lead them to a 30-23 win. Their second-best offensive output of the season.

Another storyline from last Sunday’s game was the impressive showing by the Eagles defense. While the offense looked better, it was truly a team win, and the Eagles are going to need more of that down the stretch.

On Sunday, the Eagles square off with a 10-4 Texans team led by quarterback Deshaun Watson. While Houston has looked good this season, they have struggled when it comes to playing stronger competition. This is not saying the Eagles are a great team, but it will be tough for the Texans to go on the road and take on an Eagles team that looks like is starting to click.

Earlier in the week, we took a look at playoff scenarios. For this game, all the Eagles can worry about is winning and hope that other things fall into place. A loss and the Eagles are all but done. A win and the Eagles head into Week 17 with a chance, which is all we can ask for at this point.

So, how can the Eagles keep the momentum rolling and pick up a big win at home? Continue on for three keys to an Eagles win, plus a prediction!
