5. A.J. Pollock

Rightfully so, there are going to be a ton of teams pushing hard to sign A.J. Pollock when seeing how valuable of an addition he can be to teams looking to provide a boost to their outfield.

After spending the last seven years with the Arizona Diamondbacks, it seems like only a matter of time before Pollock is officially enjoying a fresh start on a new team, whether it happens to be the Phillies or someone else.

As great as it would be to see Pollack come to Philadelphia to provide a reliable hitter when looking at his numbers from over the years, this is another free agent that may be too difficult to land, mainly because his interest with other teams is too high.

The Phillies know other teams like the Houston Astros or Cincinnati Reds will be heavily pursuing Pollock as well, meaning this could end up being one of those interesting situations if they miss out on other top outfielders.

Coming off another impressive 2018 campaign in which he hit 21 home runs, Pollock knows his stock is at the right place to earn a hefty deal this offseason. Whether the team that rewards him ends up being the Phillies, only time will tell.
