The Philadelphia Eagles head south to Jerry’s World to take on the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday. Here are three keys to an Eagles win.

The 2018 season has been underwhelming for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Just one year removed from going 13-3 and winning a Super Bowl, the Eagles sit at 6-6 with four games left to play. While they have taken a step back this year, the season is far from over.

At 6-6, the Eagles still control their own destiny to win the NFC East and go back to the playoffs. A win on Sunday will put the Eagles back into first place in the division with only three games left to play.

After everything that has gone down throughout the season’s first 12-weeks, it is truly incredible that the Eagles still have a realistic shot at making the playoffs. To keep their postseason dreams alive, the Eagles must go down to Texas and take care of business against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

These two teams last met on a Sunday night in Week 10. Going into that game the Eagles sat at 4-4, while Dallas was 3-5 and appeared to be dead in the water. Dallas came out victorious and that win sparked a four-game win streak, which now has them sitting pretty at 7-5.

Since that game, the Eagles fell to 4-6 and then have put together two consecutive wins to even their record at 6-6. The Eagles have been in survival mode since their blowout loss to the Saints, and that mentality does not change this Sunday against the Cowboys.
