21. New York Giants

Remember when Odell Beckham Jr. made a comment about the New York Giants making a serious run in the second half of the regular season? Sitting at 4-8, playoffs are most likely out of the question for the Giants when seeing how the NFC playoff picture is shaping out, but if they can end the year on a positive note, at least it will give them hope about what 2019 could have in store.

With the Chicago Bears entering Week 13 as one of the hottest in the NFC, the fact that New York was able to hang on for the 30-27 win shows the kind of talent this team has, especially on offense. Not only did Beckham come through with a key touchdown catch in the second half, but the Giants star also took advantage of a little trickery play in the third quarter by tossing a 49-yard touchdown to Russell Shephard.

Between Beckham and Saquon Barkley, New York’s offense seems to have all sorts of potential when it comes to the future, whether Eli Manning is still around or not. After winning for the third time in four games, it will be interesting to see if the Giants can keep this magic alive against the Washington Redskins on Sunday.
