1. New Orleans Saints

Wow, the New Orleans Saints are the best team in football, what a surprise?

At this point, it’s essentially clockwork.

The Saints are a team loaded with talent all over the field, as Philadelphia Eagles fans know all too well, and could conceivably win any game, regardless of who they are tasked with playing on any given Sunday.

Need proof? Look no further than the Saints’ Thanksgiving Day massacre of the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night.

After the NFL treated fans with a pair of dud games in the Chase Daniel-lead Chicago Bears win over the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys war of attrition win over the Washington Redskins, the Saints delivered an equally boring game on Thursday night, but for a much different reason.

With a score of 17-3 going into halftime, Drew Brees and company made quick work of the woefully under-performing Atlanta Falcons and essentially breezed through the second half in route to a 31-17 win.

With a pair of games against the Carolina Panthers and a slugfest against the Pittsburgh Steelers still on the schedule, the Saint aren’t going to casually stroll into the postseason, but at this point, can anyone actually beat New Orleans? That remains to be seen.
