19. Green Bay Packers

Boy, outside of maybe the Jacksonville Jaguars, is there a more disappointing team in the entire NFL then the Green Bay Packers?

After earning postseason berths in eight straight seasons from 2008-2016, the Packers have been a woefully inferior team without a fully healthy Aaron Rodgers under center, and unfortunately, the team hasn’t had that happen in almost two years.

Whether they have Brett Hundley under center or a Rodgers with a lingering injury, the Packers have been woefully underperforming over the last two seasons, and look like a team in desperate need of some new blood on the sidelines.

If a head coach can’t win with Rodgers under center, who can you win with?

As the Packers auxiliary talent slowly erodes with each passing season, with former star players like Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Ty Montgomery, and Jordy Nelson all finding new homes this calendar years, the team has failed to reload their roster with enough talent to remain competitive season-in and season-out. Factor in a few pricey contracts to under-performing vets and a slew of untimely injuries, and the Packers may as well phone it in down the stretch, as their season is effectively over at 4-6-1.

But hey, at least Rodgers will have more time to make insurance commercials, that’s fun, right?
