30. Oakland Raiders

A win against a team like the Arizona Cardinals obviously isn’t anything for the Oakland Raiders to brag about, but when looking at the kind of season it’s been under Jon Gruden, this team is certainly going to celebrate. Disaster doesn’t even begin to describe the kind of season this has been for the Raiders since the hiring of Jon Gruden was supposed to help them return to the level of being a top Super Bowl contender in the AFC, which has been far from the case.

Between the trades involving Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper along with only having one win to their name before their meeting with Arizona on Sunday, it’s easy to understand why frustration is so high in Oakland. And even though the Raiders want to enjoy this win as much as possible, there’s still plenty of concern surrounding this team for the rest of the way.

When looking at their remaining schedule, Oakland could fail to win a single game over these next six weeks, and nobody would be surprised one bit. All of that money invested in Gruden has been a complete waste so far, and one can’t help but feel bad for Derek Carr since the Raiders quarterback doesn’t deserve this one bit.
