NFL Power Rankings: Philadelphia Eagles fall flat in Week 11
17. Seattle Seahawks
In the NFL, there is no such thing as a moral victory, but sometimes, you have to make an exception to that rule.
Sure, Pete Carroll‘s squad ultimately lost their shootout with the Los Angeles Rams on a fourth-quarter defensive stand, it’s pretty safe to say the Seattle Seahawks are for real and could be a scary out if they can sneak their way into the playoffs as a Wildcard winner.
Even outside of Seattle, known for having one of the best home field advantages in the game, the baby Hawks are starting to figure things out, and become a formidable team once more, and at 4-5 they are still very much in the hunt for a surprise January postseason berth.
Wow, the Seahawks having to earn a surprise postseason berth, the NFL sure can change in a hurry.
With a pretty easy schedule going forward, as the Kansas City Chiefs appear to be the only guaranteed L on the remainder of the schedule, it’s entirely possible that this team could finish out the year with 10 wins, and make a strong case for the most improved team in the back half of the season.
