Don’t look now, but Duke may have the best college basketball team of all time, but which freshman would be the best fit on the Philadelphia 76ers?

Could this year’s Duke squad be the best college basketball team of all time? With a pair of players potentially worthy of being selected first overall in the 2020 NBA Draft and two more who could very well see themselves selected in the draft lottery, it’s possible that this current crop of Blue Devils could go on to shape the NBA for years to come.

That’s a collection of players that should that could give the Philadelphia 76ers fits for years to come depending on where they land.

While in all likelihood, it seems almost impossible that any of Duke’s marquee freshman, save for maybe point guard Tre Jones, would actually be available when the Sixers take the clock in roughly six months, assuming they stay the course and pick in the mid-20s, in this current wheeling-and-dealing age of the NBA nothing is ever really off the table.

That being said, if the team were to take a shot at bringing one of these players into the fray, be it by drafting them outright, trading picks for them, or flipping some players, that player would have to be a pretty dead-on fit with the Sixers’ current collection of players.

But which of the Duke’s four big-name freshmen, Zion Williams, R.J. Barrett, Cam Reddish, or Tre Jones would be the best fit on the Philadelphia 76ers? Let’s take a look at each of the Blue Devils’ marquee freshman and see which one is the best fit in Philly.
