4. New England Patriots

From Rob Gronkowski to Sony Michel, the New England Patriots entered Sunday night’s game with the Green Bay Packers dealing with numerous key injuries, yet they still managed to find a way to win 31-17. Throughout the Tom Brady era, the Patriots star has always figured out a way to make the players around him better, and when seeing how the defending AFC champions handled the Packers in the national spotlight, this team continues to be heating up at the right moment.

Isn’t it funny to look back at September when some football fans were writing off New England after losing two tough games in a row to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Detroit Lions? Since those tough losses, the Patriots have gone on to win six games in a row, and even though some will make the case about the Kansas City Chiefs being the team to beat in the AFC, keep in mind Brady has seen this scenario happen numerous times.

All Brady and his teammates care about at this point is earning one of the top seeds in the AFC, which seems like is going to be the case when seeing how great they’ve been playing as of late. Even more impressive, the Patriots put up 31 points, and Brady only threw one touchdown pass, showing once again what kind of talent he’s fortunate enough to work with on this offense.
