12. Cincinnati Bengals

Normally when teams are on the bye week there isn’t much action, but the Cincinnati Bengals received a crushing blow with the news surrounding A.J. Green, and how the wideout will miss some time due to a toe injury. Without question, the loss of Green hurts since the Bengals star is one of the best receivers in the league for a reason, but the good news is Andy Dalton still has plenty of other options to work with.

Take a look at Tyler Boyd for instance, as the wideout has done an amazing job being a consistent option for Dalton to work with, and will most likely see his reps increase now that Green is going to be out. Not to mention, it certainly helps Dalton that Joe Mixon has been working his way into a consistent option as well since Cincinnati can use him as both a rusher and receiver.

Adjusting without Green may not be easy, but at least the Bengals will be in much better shape than other teams if they were to lose their top option at wide receiver. With an upcoming matchup against the New Orleans Saints, Dalton will need a strong outing from his supporting cast since Cincinnati will need all of the points possible for a game like this.
