NFL Power Rankings, Week 10: Eagles upgrade at receiver during bye week
By Dan Parzych
19. Dallas Cowboys (Play Monday Night)
Believe it or not, the Dallas Cowboys are still in the hunt for the NFC East title, and they even received some extra help this past weekend with the Atlanta Falcons defeating the Washington Redskins on the road. Of course, if the Cowboys want to put themselves in better position for the division race, the team needs to figure out a way to take down the Tennessee Titans in front of a national audience on Monday Night Football.
When looking at the team’s history of playing in these kinds of games in recent years, Dallas has to love their chances of taking down Tennessee in this one. And while most of the attention with the Cowboys tends to be on Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott on a weekly basis, all eyes will be on Amari Cooper to see what kind of impact he makes during his debut with the team.
Dallas was one of the teams looking to make moves to upgrade at receiver before the trade deadline, and they certainly hope giving up a future first rounder for Cooper will be worth it in the long run. Prescott has been in desperate need of help from his group of receivers, and if all goes well, Cooper will waste no time making an impact against Tennessee.
