32. New York Giants

Is there a team in the NFL that’s worse than the Oakland Raiders? Yes, the New York Football Giants.

As one of the two teams (not so subtly) attempting to tank for a high draft pick, trading away key pieces in the process, the Giants are a team with talent, but not enough to be competitive even in the wide-open NFC East.

And the worst part? The Giants didn’t even come into the season attempting to develop their young talent. No, this team thought they were going to be competing for a championship behind the arm of Eli Manning.

They even went so far as to forgo drafting a franchise quarterback like Sam Darnold in favor of selecting Penn State running back Saquon Barkley to go all in on this season.

That decision is downright laughable now.

Currently sitting at 1-6 with virtually no hope in sight, don’t be surprised if the Giants end out the calendar year without another notch in the win column, and their name called early in the 2019 NBA Draft.

For the first time in some time, the Giants are no longer the best football team in the Big Apple, much to the chagrin of Philly fans
