23. Tampa Bay Bucaneers

Once upon a time, like a month ago, people thought the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were a very good team.

Now? Not so much.

The FitzMagic is gone, and the now, the team is left with a motley crew of mismatched parts that can’t seem to get much-done week-in and week-out.

And in Week 9, things took an ugly turn.

After throwing four picks in the first three-quarters of their eventual loss to the surging Bengals, Dirk Koetter benched his starting quarterback in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick once more, in a desperation move ultimately proved futile even after scoring 10 points in the fourth quarter.

Five weeks after looking virtually unbeatable, the team’s playoff hopes are all but squelched with half the season left to play.

With Jameis Winston’s future up in the air after a string of incredibly unfortunate off-the-field issues, the Bucs looks like a team the will be making wholesale changes this offseason, changes that already started midseason, when the team fired their defensive coordinators mere month after making him the highest paid coach at his position in the league.

Who knows, maybe Fitzpatrick can squeak out a few more wins if he remains a starter, but I doubt it.
